Ryan and the entire Apotheosis team made planning our wedding nearly as much fun as the actual day of celebration. Ryan worked closely with us to plan and manage the affair that reflected the tastes and personality of the couple. Ryan was a delight to work with—and our daughter’s wedding was indeed perfect! Ryan not only provided expert guidance leading up to the wedding day. He managed the event. Having overseen corporate events in my professional life, I recognize the value of a skilled professional. With a personal touch, Ryan took care of all the little details and nuances that happen behind the scenes to create a celebratory event for our families and guests. Ryan and his team of professionals with Apotheosis were terrific. They were efficient, thoughtful, and courteous to all. Ryan and his team are incredible! Everything went off without a hitch. I met with Ryan numerous times before the day. He was very diligent on mapping out the exact run of show and having the contacts for all the vendors to ensure he could speak to them before the day. I felt so comfortable having him and Katie at my side. They helped keep us on schedule and more importantly me from stressing out or worrying all day that something would be wrong. To add to that, everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better people to work with. The smartest move you can make in your wedding planning is working with Ryan!
Apotheosis simply delivered my husband and I the best day of our lives. We had hired another, local day-of coordinator in the small California town where we were getting married. (We'd chosen her because she knew our location; we live in New York and were doing everything remotely.) Two weeks before our day she informed us that she was taking another job on our wedding day, leaving us in the lurch. And thank god she did because we got Ryan in her stead. He listened closely to what we wanted, invented where our imaginations stopped short, and created a seamless, FUN, beautiful, personal, perfect event for us. With only two weeks notice! Our event was entirely outside, on a small, rustic ranch with few amenities. Everything had to be rented: bathrooms, caterers, ice, etc., and Ryan juggled all of it gracefully and professionally, allowing me and my husband to enjoy our day totally stress-free! Multiple people have since told me it was the best wedding they'd ever been to, because it was gorgeous and organized but still grounded and personal and fun—and that is because of Ryan and Apotheosis.
My wife and I lost our coordinator mere weeks before our big day. Ryan confidently stepped in, adopting a tangle of vendors and helpers, yielding simply the best day of our lives. Ryan is a consummate professional, balancing a dynamic, take-charge attitude with the patience and grace that one needs going into such a stressful event. We cannot recommend Ryan enough.
